Narrative:
Filed to depart gai to W29 (bay bridge) via tipton. Aircraft tracked too far southeast. Problem was verified at college park (cgs). At that point, potomac TRACON steered me 070 degrees. I turned aircraft northeast while in contact with approach and went toward W29.

Narrative: FILED TO DEPART GAI TO W29 (BAY BRIDGE) VIA TIPTON. ACFT TRACKED TOO FAR SE. PROB WAS VERIFIED AT COLLEGE PARK (CGS). AT THAT POINT, POTOMAC TRACON STEERED ME 070 DEGS. I TURNED ACFT NE WHILE IN CONTACT WITH APCH AND WENT TOWARD W29.
