Narrative:
We were cleared to land on runway 13R at psp. Upon rollout, when we were approximately abeam of taxiway B, an airport vehicle crossed in front of us at taxiway a. We did roll down to taxiway a and exited the runway there. This is what happened according to psp tower. We never saw the vehicle cross the runway in front of us. Supplemental information from acn 585048: tower manager stated ground did not follow instructions and we were not at fault. He needed the aircraft tail number and crew members for the incident.
