Narrative:
At the end of boarding and during taxi, #3 flight attendant and myself (#4) observed a person dressed in civilian clothing and sunglasses standing in the forward galley. We both assumed he was a jump seating crew member. When #3 flight attendant did her walk through, she continued forward to identify the person in the forward galley. She inquired about the person and was told by #1 and #2 flight attendants that he was an ill passenger who told flight attendants he 'felt better while standing' so they allowed him to stand. #3 flight attendant came to aft galley to inform me of her concerns. I immediately went forward and told the man to situation down. He could not, for any reason, stand in the forward galley and he must be seated during aircraft movement. I also informed #1 and #2 flight attendants of far's and current security warnings. #1 and #2 flight attendants said they never even knew the aircraft was moving. Also said they were trying to make him some tea to help calm his stomach.
