Narrative:
Passenger was very irate. She would not situation for fasten seatbelt sign with lap child. Said she paid for ticket and there were not government rules. Disrupted all phases of flight because she wanted bulkhead seat. She had all 4 seats in her row. She threw items on floor and jetbridge. Spread baby blanket and toys in front of the left passenger door, blocking door and lavatory. Refused to situation any time seatbelt sign came on. Sat down only after I told her auths would meet the flight if she didn't comply. Interfered with crew duties. Very hostile.

Narrative: PAX WAS VERY IRATE. SHE WOULD NOT SIT FOR FASTEN SEATBELT SIGN WITH LAP CHILD. SAID SHE PAID FOR TICKET AND THERE WERE NOT GOV RULES. DISRUPTED ALL PHASES OF FLT BECAUSE SHE WANTED BULKHEAD SEAT. SHE HAD ALL 4 SEATS IN HER ROW. SHE THREW ITEMS ON FLOOR AND JETBRIDGE. SPREAD BABY BLANKET AND TOYS IN FRONT OF THE L PAX DOOR, BLOCKING DOOR AND LAVATORY. REFUSED TO SIT ANY TIME SEATBELT SIGN CAME ON. SAT DOWN ONLY AFTER I TOLD HER AUTHS WOULD MEET THE FLT IF SHE DIDN'T COMPLY. INTERFERED WITH CREW DUTIES. VERY HOSTILE.
