Narrative:
Upon approach to capital city airport (cxy), was directed by ATC to make best time on final to runway 30. Upon landing on main gear and settling, nose gear felt abnormal and I experienced a control issue. Regained control and taxied off runway to the ramp. While taxiing, had difficulty steering airplane. Upon shut down and postflt inspection confirmed propeller strike and flat nose tire.
