Narrative:
All system normal on takeoff. Shortly after takeoff, both captain's and first officer's heading information went approximately 120 degrees out of alignment. We informed las departure of the heading problems and requested headings via our wet compass in order to troubleshoot the problem. WX was very clear, no clouds. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to correct the problem. No warning flags or lights were illuminated. We returned to las for an uneventful landing.
