Narrative:
Aircraft X was at FL350, which was wrong altitude for direction of flight. Baden sector attempted to inform previous sectors of their inability to accept aircraft X at the wrong altitude, but was unsuccessful. Aircraft X came on frequency without a handoff and in confliction with other aircraft.

Title: ZTL BADEN SECTOR CTLR ADVISES OF INTRAFAC COORD BREAKDOWN FOR E145 RTE AND ALT CONFLICTION WITH AN MD80 REQUIRING LAST MIN CTL INSTRUCTION ISSUANCE.
Narrative: ACFT X WAS AT FL350, WHICH WAS WRONG ALT FOR DIRECTION OF FLT. BADEN SECTOR ATTEMPTED TO INFORM PREVIOUS SECTORS OF THEIR INABILITY TO ACCEPT ACFT X AT THE WRONG ALT, BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. ACFT X CAME ON FREQ WITHOUT A HDOF AND IN CONFLICTION WITH OTHER ACFT.
