The WX packets are not picking up airmets that are issued. Airmets are issued for events that do not meet SIGMET criteria. The flight encountered moderate turbulence over ATC and injured 2 flight attendants. Correction: have WX packets pick up airmets.

Title: B737 DISPATCHER NOTES HIS COMPANY'S WX BRIEFING MESSAGE TO FLT CREWS IS NOT PROVIDING AIRMETS APPROPRIATE TO THE RTE OF FLT.
Narrative: THE WX PACKETS ARE NOT PICKING UP AIRMETS THAT ARE ISSUED. AIRMETS ARE ISSUED FOR EVENTS THAT DO NOT MEET SIGMET CRITERIA. THE FLT ENCOUNTERED MODERATE TURB OVER ATC AND INJURED 2 FLT ATTENDANTS. CORRECTION: HAVE WX PACKETS PICK UP AIRMETS.
