Narrative:

Route close to R-2515 using GPS/charts. We experienced a loud electronic noise and were troubleshooting problem. A rechk of our position indicated 'right-2508' on our GPS map. I immediately turned 090 degrees (left). My passenger had verified '2508' on the GPS map. This 'right' airspace, is not on the charts. We did not see any traffic visually or on our electronic traffic system. I don't believe I actually penetrated 'right' airspace, but in the future, will allow 5-10 mi of buffer and 2 mi on our GPS. I have flown this route many times without problems. I have re-flown this route on a simulator and using a GPS computer simulator.
