Narrative:
My attempts to avoid WX resulted in numerous deviations from my planned route from milleville to the south shore of the rappahannock river navigating by GPS and a sectional chart. Upon landing we were contacted by a us department of treasury/customs blackhawk helicopter that landed and informed me that I had penetrated 9 mi into a washington tfr area 30 mi from center. As I had not intended to fly this route and by not contacting dover I failed to realize this area existed as it is not indicated on the chart. I realize my mistake was not contacting dover (as I normally do) to obtain flight following and information regarding the tfr. Any future flts that will take me off my intended route as well as any flight, I will try to always be in contact with local ATC/FSS.

Title: PLT OF B47J REROUTING FOR WX NUMEROUS TIMES ON VFR FLT IN THE VICINITY OF THE DC ADIZ UNWITTINGLY ENTERED THE TFR AND WAS MET BY US CUSTOMS UPON LNDG.
Narrative: MY ATTEMPTS TO AVOID WX RESULTED IN NUMEROUS DEVS FROM MY PLANNED RTE FROM MILLEVILLE TO THE S SHORE OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK RIVER NAVING BY GPS AND A SECTIONAL CHART. ANY FUTURE FLTS THAT WILL TAKE ME OFF MY INTENDED RTE AS WELL AS ANY FLT, I WILL TRY TO ALWAYS BE IN CONTACT WITH LCL ATC/FSS.
