Narrative:
On departure of flight from bos logan field, we were cleared into position and hold on runway 15R at approximately XD52Z. We were cleared for takeoff at XD54Z. As we were beginning our takeoff roll, I noticed an aircraft rolling out on runway 4L, which intersected our departure runway. Approximately 7-8 seconds after we received our takeoff clearance, the beech 1900 crossed our runway at a slow speed and continued roll on runway 4L. Due to our heavy gross weight and spool time, we were still 2500 ft away from the intersection and were able to continue our takeoff with no conflict. We contacted dispatch through ACARS and asked them to call the tower and ask about the incident. Dispatch reply from the tower was, 'it could not have happened.'
