Narrative:
Lax south radar/map is out of alignment. Aircraft at 32 mi are 3/4 mi south off course as depicted. At merce intersection, where simultaneous operations begin, the aircraft on runway 24R/left are in the 'no transgression zone.' as such simultaneous operations, using lax south, are unsafe and by definition not allowed.
