Narrative:
Missed coordination on a very busy traffic bank. I wanted to coordinate direct cpn with aircraft X and was told unable by center (ZLC, section 7). The section 7 controller called back a few moments later and coordinated aircraft X direct cpn climbing to FL180. I acknowledge direct cpn 'climbing high.' (aircraft X previously cleared to FL230 our sector ceiling) right side forgets to ship aircraft X to center prior to leaving our airspace. Aircraft X calls us to be shipped to center approximately 45 mi north of slc (12-15 mi north of our airspace).

Title: S56 COORDINATOR FORGETS TO TELL S56 RADAR CTLR OF AMENDED ZLC ALT ASSIGNMENT OF A CLBING CARJ. S56 RADAR CTLR FORGETS TO XFER COM OF CARJ WHO CONFLICTS WITH AN ENRTE PAY1 AT FL190.
Narrative: MISSED COORD ON A VERY BUSY TFC BANK. I WANTED TO COORDINATE DIRECT CPN WITH ACFT X AND WAS TOLD UNABLE BY CTR (ZLC, SECTION 7). THE SECTION 7 CTLR CALLED BACK A FEW MOMENTS LATER AND COORDINATED ACFT X DIRECT CPN CLBING TO FL180. I ACKNOWLEDGE DIRECT CPN 'CLBING HIGH.' (ACFT X PREVIOUSLY CLRED TO FL230 OUR SECTOR CEILING) R SIDE FORGETS TO SHIP ACFT X TO CTR PRIOR TO LEAVING OUR AIRSPACE. ACFT X CALLS US TO BE SHIPPED TO CTR APPROX 45 MI N OF SLC (12-15 MI N OF OUR AIRSPACE).
