Narrative:
Near miss runway 19/1 at jwn. I announced on 122.7 radio 'traffic aerostar taxiing to active runway 19.' followed C182 also announcing same. Cessna 182 took off announcing on 122.7 'john tune traffic taking runway 19 for takeoff.' once the C182 was airborne, I announced 'john tune traffic aerostar back taxiing runway 19.' then announced 'aerostar now position and hold runway 19 awaiting the C182 plane to turn off runway heading.' once the C182 was out of traffic pattern, I announced 'john tune traffic aerostar now taking off runway 19 john tune.' upon taking off just prior to full liftoff speed I saw an unannounced plane taking off in the opposite direction from runway 1. I took immediate evasive action pulling up and turning to the right. The aerostar buffeted but luckily did not stall approximately 10 ft off the ground. Collision was avoided. I never heard the second C182's radio announce any of his intentions.

Title: PA60 PLT AND A C182 HAD AN NMAC AT JWN, AFTER THE C182 PLT BEGAN TKOF INTO THE ESTABLISHED TFC PATTERN. HE DID NOT ANNOUNCE HIS INTENTIONS ON THE UNICOM FREQ.
Narrative: NEAR MISS RWY 19/1 AT JWN. I ANNOUNCED ON 122.7 RADIO 'TFC AEROSTAR TAXIING TO ACTIVE RWY 19.' FOLLOWED C182 ALSO ANNOUNCING SAME. CESSNA 182 TOOK OFF ANNOUNCING ON 122.7 'JOHN TUNE TFC TAKING RWY 19 FOR TKOF.' ONCE THE C182 WAS AIRBORNE, I ANNOUNCED 'JOHN TUNE TFC AEROSTAR BACK TAXIING RWY 19.' THEN ANNOUNCED 'AEROSTAR NOW POS AND HOLD RWY 19 AWAITING THE C182 PLANE TO TURN OFF RWY HDG.' ONCE THE C182 WAS OUT OF TFC PATTERN, I ANNOUNCED 'JOHN TUNE TFC AEROSTAR NOW TAKING OFF RWY 19 JOHN TUNE.' UPON TAKING OFF JUST PRIOR TO FULL LIFTOFF SPD I SAW AN UNANNOUNCED PLANE TAKING OFF IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION FROM RWY 1. I TOOK IMMEDIATE EVASIVE ACTION PULLING UP AND TURNING TO THE R. THE AEROSTAR BUFFETED BUT LUCKILY DID NOT STALL APPROX 10 FT OFF THE GND. COLLISION WAS AVOIDED. I NEVER HEARD THE SECOND C182'S RADIO ANNOUNCE ANY OF HIS INTENTIONS.
