Narrative:

Shortly after liftoff, right bleed trip-off light illuminated. Reset button pushed and light extinguished. Continued departure. Light reilluminated and reset again following procedures. Passing 9000 ft, left wing body overheat light illuminated. Light extinguished after irregular procedure accomplished. With left pack and bleed system inoperative and isolated, the right bleed trip-off light reilluminated. Climb was stopped at 11000 ft. Descended to 9000 ft. We talked the problem over, declared an emergency, and returned unpressurized to oma.
