Narrative:
During layover check, crew oxygen was found below limits. Crew oxygen was svced. During predep checks, the pilot reported crew oxygen slowly decreases during crew mask check, then returns to normal pressure. Crew oxygen bottle was found not fully opened. Bottle was opened fully and safetied.

Title: A B767-300 CREW FOUND ON OXYGEN MASK CHK THAT PRESSURE DECREASED. FOUND OXYGEN BOTTLE VALVE NOT FULLY OPENED AFTER SVCING.
Narrative: DURING LAYOVER CHK, CREW OXYGEN WAS FOUND BELOW LIMITS. CREW OXYGEN WAS SVCED. DURING PREDEP CHKS, THE PLT RPTED CREW OXYGEN SLOWLY DECREASES DURING CREW MASK CHK, THEN RETURNS TO NORMAL PRESSURE. CREW OXYGEN BOTTLE WAS FOUND NOT FULLY OPENED. BOTTLE WAS OPENED FULLY AND SAFETIED.
