Narrative:
B737 was sbound at FL240 in confliction with another air carrier aircraft at FL240. I requested higher for B737 to resolve the confliction. I continued to focus on the multitude of in-trail restrs primarily air carrier aircraft #1, air carrier aircraft #2, and air carrier aircraft #3. I needed to provide 20 mi between these 3 aircraft to comply with an in-trail restr. After obtaining higher on B737, I climbed him to FL250 to resolve the confliction. This action put B737 in conflict with crj northbound at FL250.
