Narrative:
I was giving training instruction for a pilot's far part 135 check ride. On the localizer, when I asked for an option, the tower replied 'roger.' the tower operator then asked me to report a 2 mi final, which I forgot to do. We then landed. I'm not sure what the 'roger' response meant. The tower knew of our intentions, and there was no traffic conflict. However, I should have made the report of 2 mi out. In the duties of playing copilot in a large aircraft and instructing also, I forgot the report.

Title: FLT CREW OF LTT ON A TRAINING FLT LWOC AT OSH WHEN THEY FAILED TO RPT 2 MI FINAL TO TWR AS DIRECTED.
Narrative: I WAS GIVING TRAINING INSTRUCTION FOR A PLT'S FAR PART 135 CHK RIDE. ON THE LOC, WHEN I ASKED FOR AN OPTION, THE TWR REPLIED 'ROGER.' THE TWR OPERATOR THEN ASKED ME TO RPT A 2 MI FINAL, WHICH I FORGOT TO DO. WE THEN LANDED. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE 'ROGER' RESPONSE MEANT. THE TWR KNEW OF OUR INTENTIONS, AND THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT. HOWEVER, I SHOULD HAVE MADE THE RPT OF 2 MI OUT. IN THE DUTIES OF PLAYING COPLT IN A LARGE ACFT AND INSTRUCTING ALSO, I FORGOT THE RPT.
