Narrative:

We were parked at gate with both engines shut down. I unbuckled my seatbelt and exited the cockpit. I proceeded to disarm R1, re-entered the cockpit when I heard the fire bells. Didn't know if it was APU or engine. Silenced the bell. Captain proceeded with ECAM checklist. No fire -- erroneous warning. By the time I exited cockpit again (10 seconds), a certified mechanic entered through R1, proceeded to L1, did not check if L1 door was de-armed, and opened L1 door deploying shoot.
