Narrative:

On jul/thu-fri/03, aircraft X was scheduled for an engine change. I was the inspector assigned to the engine change. No problems arose during the change, everything was done per standards. The throttle box was inspected per the form -- no FOD was seen at that time. On sep/mon/03, #2 throttle stuck in-flight and aircraft returned to ZZZ. ZZZ found a washer and piece of safety wire in throttle box. Neither of these items were in that throttle box when it was installed on jul/thu-fri/03.
