Narrative:

3 flight attendants reported passenger apparently smoking in lavatory. Repeatedly passenger denied it. Lavatory smelled. Seat mate smelled it. Flight attendant reported it to me. Passenger appeared to be sleeping every time I approached, told flight attendant to give a warning next time passenger awake, reported to captain.
