Narrative:
After completion of balloon flight, and while waiting for crew to move the balloon, I burned the envelope which took out several panels. The fabric melted and dripped on 2 of the passenger which resulted in them receiving some minor burns. I also received a minor burn. At the time of the incident, I had already landed and terminated the flight. It was not determined that the damage was substantial at the time of this report.
