On the evening of sep/sat/03, I was included in the sign off of an item involving 'fuel heat' on an A319 without any knowledge of what was done to correct the problem. My signoff was not inputted by me.

Narrative: ON THE EVENING OF SEP/SAT/03, I WAS INCLUDED IN THE SIGN OFF OF AN ITEM INVOLVING 'FUEL HEAT' ON AN A319 WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT WAS DONE TO CORRECT THE PROB. MY SIGNOFF WAS NOT INPUTTED BY ME.
