Narrative:
Descending to traffic pattern altitude, 1070 ft MSL, at iwi airport, I was passed by a king air off my right wingtip, at my altitude who was also landing iwi. The estimated separation was 100 ft and the sudden appearance of the other aircraft so close startled me.

Title: A PA24 SINGLE PLT HAD AN NMAC WITH A KING AIR, APCHING IWI.
Narrative: DSNDING TO TFC PATTERN ALT, 1070 FT MSL, AT IWI ARPT, I WAS PASSED BY A KING AIR OFF MY R WINGTIP, AT MY ALT WHO WAS ALSO LNDG IWI. THE ESTIMATED SEPARATION WAS 100 FT AND THE SUDDEN APPEARANCE OF THE OTHER ACFT SO CLOSE STARTLED ME.
