Narrative:
I was being directed into a parking spot in front of the relief pilot by a ramp person. In order to fit into the tight parking spot, the ramp person was directing me into, I was applying full left rudder and left brake along with differential power. The aircraft did not respond in its normal manner by turning as sharply as it normally does. In turn, the right wingtip struck the fence adjacent to the parking area.
