Narrative:
Inbound crew informed us of verbally abusive and irrational behavior exhibited by a woman passenger in first class. Behavior continued for entire flight with her exhibiting threatening behavior and verbal jabs. Passenger also refused to be seated when the fasten seatbelt sign was illuminated, and proceeded to make a scene. She was also angered over a lack of meal selection. I proceeded to write a report after conferring with the captain and crew. Reflecting on the incident, I would have had the passenger removed before leaving ord.
