Narrative:

Falcon 20 departed ZZZ1 towards ZZZ. Climb and en route were uneventful, but while preparing for approach at destination, a loud explosive-type noise was heard. There were no changes in flying characteristics nor any sign of damage/changes in engine parameters. Postflt examination revealed right engine cowling was missing. PIC made the appropriate report to company. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the cause of the right engine lower cowling departing the aircraft is unknown as the cowling has not been recovered.
