Narrative:
On sep/tue/03, we received one complete set of 1ST stage fan blades to install in RK409S plotted by rotor shop. All blade should have been blax 650 however 1 ea blax 651 was inserted into set of plotted blades which is an 'a' blade 650's are 'C' blades. Upon recording part numbers and serial numbers I failed to catch incorrect blade.

Narrative: ON SEP/TUE/03, WE RECEIVED ONE COMPLETE SET OF 1ST STAGE FAN BLADES TO INSTALL IN RK409S PLOTTED BY ROTOR SHOP.
