Narrative:

The A300 was on the wash rack for a belly scrub/gear wash. The wheel and brake assemblies were not covered when the wash occurred on dayshift. When second shift took over, we noticed that the pattern card stated that the wheel and brake assemblies had to be covered also the engine inlets were not covered either. They were both on the pattern card.
