Narrative:
I can't believe we are actually publishing that we are going to cross an active runway on a different frequency. On page X of our stl pages, under arrival notes, it states, 'expect to be switched to ground control prior to crossing runway 124/30L on taxi in.' all our training goes against this, ie, layers on protection. This is the only airport that I know that we do this and in my opinion this is unsafe.
