Narrative:
Flight was pop-jfk, released with minimum release fuel, 34500 pounds. At some point after release, flight was issued an alert stating arrival fuel on previous inbound flight exceeded outbound release fuel. At that time, I was busy sending reports of moderate turbulence and thunderstorm sigmets to airborne flts. Load control contacted dispatch after flight X departed and stated flight had reported 46900 pounds of fuel on board. I looked at the reported arrival fuel on previous flight Y and told them that flight Y had arrived with that fuel on board. Flight was already airborne. Captain contacted dispatch later and advised that the tps and load closeout was incorrect for pop-jfk.

Title: A B757 PIC DEPARTS WITH 12400 LBS OF FUEL OVER AND ABOVE WHAT THE DISPATCH RELEASE CALLED FOR AT MDPP, FO.
Narrative: FLT WAS POP-JFK, RELEASED WITH MINIMUM RELEASE FUEL, 34500 LBS. AT SOME POINT AFTER RELEASE, FLT WAS ISSUED AN ALERT STATING ARR FUEL ON PREVIOUS INBOUND FLT EXCEEDED OUTBOUND RELEASE FUEL. AT THAT TIME, I WAS BUSY SENDING RPTS OF MODERATE TURB AND TSTM SIGMETS TO AIRBORNE FLTS. LOAD CTL CONTACTED DISPATCH AFTER FLT X DEPARTED AND STATED FLT HAD RPTED 46900 LBS OF FUEL ON BOARD. I LOOKED AT THE RPTED ARR FUEL ON PREVIOUS FLT Y AND TOLD THEM THAT FLT Y HAD ARRIVED WITH THAT FUEL ON BOARD. FLT WAS ALREADY AIRBORNE. CAPT CONTACTED DISPATCH LATER AND ADVISED THAT THE TPS AND LOAD CLOSEOUT WAS INCORRECT FOR POP-JFK.
