Narrative:
Coach passenger came to first class lavatory and smoked cigarette. We smelled faint odor of smoke. We found the cigarette butt in trash. Ground services met the passenger when she deplaned. We chose not to confront passenger during flight.

Title: COACH PAX IS DETERMINED TO HAVE BEEN SMOKING IN FIRST CLASS LAVATORY BY FLT ATTENDANT BUT IS NOT CONFRONTED UNTIL ACFT LANDS AT DFW, TX.
Narrative: COACH PAX CAME TO FIRST CLASS LAVATORY AND SMOKED CIGARETTE. WE SMELLED FAINT ODOR OF SMOKE. WE FOUND THE CIGARETTE BUTT IN TRASH. GND SVCS MET THE PAX WHEN SHE DEPLANED. WE CHOSE NOT TO CONFRONT PAX DURING FLT.
