Narrative:

We're practicing for a landing competition. We had several other aircraft in the training pattern (approximately 6-8). On this landing we're following a katana and slowed down to provide adequate spacing. Then we focused on our landing exercise. We also were looking for jumpers coming down in our vicinity. We lost focus on the katana ahead and we noticed we had landed before he was fully clear of the runway. As we landed we were estimated by runway markings to be 4000 ft from katana. We understood the aircraft has to be fully clear of active before landing. The congestion of the airspace was a primary factor for incursion.

Title: PA28 AT TVY LANDS BEFORE PREVIOUS ARR CLRS RWY.

Narrative: WE'RE PRACTICING FOR A LNDG COMPETITION. WE HAD SEVERAL OTHER ACFT IN THE TRAINING PATTERN (APPROX 6-8). ON THIS LNDG WE'RE FOLLOWING A KATANA AND SLOWED DOWN TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE SPACING. THEN WE FOCUSED ON OUR LNDG EXERCISE. WE ALSO WERE LOOKING FOR JUMPERS COMING DOWN IN OUR VICINITY. WE LOST FOCUS ON THE KATANA AHEAD AND WE NOTICED WE HAD LANDED BEFORE HE WAS FULLY CLR OF THE RWY. AS WE LANDED WE WERE ESTIMATED BY RWY MARKINGS TO BE 4000 FT FROM KATANA. WE UNDERSTOOD THE ACFT HAS TO BE FULLY CLR OF ACTIVE BEFORE LNDG. THE CONGESTION OF THE AIRSPACE WAS A PRIMARY FACTOR FOR INCURSION.
