Narrative:

On the commercial low 14 chart and all approach plates for hrl effective oct/thu/2003, the hrl VOR is depicted as being located on the airfield with a frequency of 109.2. This matches the signals we received today departing hrl. The commercial hi-6 chart (revision oct/fri/2003, effective oct/thur/2003), however, depicts the hrl VOR to the northwest of the airfield, with a frequency of 113.2. Either there are two hrl VOR's, or the hi-6 chart depicts outdated information. If the latter is the case, the hi-6 chart needs to be corrected. THIS MATCHES THE SIGNALS WE RECEIVED TODAY DEPARTING HRL. THE COMMERCIAL HI-6 CHART (REVISION OCT/FRI/2003, EFFECTIVE OCT/THUR/2003), HOWEVER, DEPICTS THE HRL VOR TO THE NW OF THE AIRFIELD, WITH A FREQ OF 113.2. EITHER THERE ARE TWO HRL VOR'S, OR THE HI-6 CHART DEPICTS OUTDATED INFO. IF THE LATTER IS THE CASE, THE HI-6 CHART NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED.
