Narrative:

Controller call to point aircraft #1 out to adjacent area and controller accidentally called wrong person. When that person answered he was stepped on by 2 land line calls, so controller #1 could not hear what position he said he was. Controller #2 took the pointout anyway even though the aircraft was leaving his airspace. So controller #1, thinking he had pointed the aircraft out to the right person, climbed the aircraft in someone else's airspace without proper coordination. The other airspace had traffic and the two got together.
