Narrative:
I was assigned to do a longeron repair (I think on oct/thu/03). I pulled out relevant repair papers from srm (structural repair manual). After drilling out the rivets, I found that some of the rivet holes are 'next over.' I called a technical crew chief. The technical crew chief gave me instructions on the repairs regarding the holes. I was in the process of the repairs when I was reassigned from the job. The supervisor called me into his office and said that what he was going to say was 'just coaching, nothing to this.' he then suggested that I be sent to structure school on nov/mon/03. He then advised that I remember to complete my documentation of my repairs in future. He said that I was reassigned because I was taking too long to do the repairs. The following day the supervisor called me in again to show me a text he had written about the repairs. I read it. He asked me to sign what he had written. I told him that what he had written did not describe what happened. I requested that I have time to study it and attach my own description of what happened. I took the report from the supervisor to representative who suggested that I file as soon as possible.
