Narrative:
We were instructed to cross dekal intersection at 4000 ft. ZMA pointed out a VFR target that was descending into bimini. It was an alert -- the traffic was a cessna caravan on a direct collision course with our aircraft. We turned 90 degrees off the airway and descended to 3400 ft to avoid a collision. Then we climbed back up to 4000 ft safely.
