Narrative:

Parking position 'at FBO' ord taxi clearance 'taxi to pad B and monitor 126.9.' to taxi to this position, we have to cross threshold runway 27R and end of runway 14L. No 'hold short' instruction was given nor special routing. Not very sure if we were cleared or not to cross the runways. We asked again the taxi clearance only to get back the same as initially. Monitoring 121.75 and 126.9 and checking visually for security we crossed runway 27R. Approaching runway 14L the controller on 126.9 told us to stop and asked why we crossed runway 27R without crossing clearance. Frequencys were busy and we didn't hear any hold short instruction before the one of runway 14L. It seems we missed one because of the controller's question. Monitoring 2 busy frequencys not easy. Initial taxi clearance should give hold short instructions.

NO 'HOLD SHORT' INSTRUCTION WAS GIVEN NOR SPECIAL ROUTING. NOT VERY SURE IF WE WERE CLRED OR NOT TO CROSS THE RWYS. WE ASKED AGAIN THE TAXI CLRNC ONLY TO GET BACK THE SAME AS INITIALLY. MONITORING 121.75 AND 126.9 AND CHKING VISUALLY FOR SECURITY WE CROSSED RWY 27R. APCHING RWY 14L THE CTLR ON 126.9 TOLD US TO STOP AND ASKED WHY WE CROSSED RWY 27R WITHOUT XING CLRNC. FREQS WERE BUSY AND WE DIDN'T HEAR ANY HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTION BEFORE THE ONE OF RWY 14L. IT SEEMS WE MISSED ONE BECAUSE OF THE CTLR'S QUESTION. MONITORING 2 BUSY FREQS NOT EASY. INITIAL TAXI CLRNC SHOULD GIVE HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS.
