Narrative:
We were assigned the mosey 5 arrival into lunken field, cincinnati, oh. We were cleared direct enc and to cross jdunn at FL290, which we did. We were then cleared direct abb. At this point ZID instructed us to cross mosey at 11000 ft. Mosey does not exist on the STAR. We clarified the issue by asking if he wanted sargo at 11000 ft. ZID agreed. 30 mi out from sargo (after a vector) we descended. At approximately 12500 ft, ZID turned us over to cincinnati approach. We checked in, telling them we were to cross sargo at 11000 ft (we were almost there). Shortly after the check in, a commuter said he had gotten a TCASII RA. At the same time our tcad went off. Cincy issued us an immediate turn, which we complied with. After landing we called cincinnati approach who stated they wanted us to call ZID, which we did. Factors that affected our operation: at the end of a 3 hour 52 min flight. Night time. 2 readbacks to ZID and 1 to cincinnati (that went uncorrected). 3 hours at 8000 ft cabin altitude.
