Narrative:

On ILS runway 14R approach into ord on a 5 mi final tower told us to land and hold short of runway 9R. We advised them that lahso were not authority/authorized and unable. Tower told us to go around and contact approach control. Approach asked us why we could not do lahso operations. We advised him that our company rules do not authority/authorized lahso operations. We then got vectors and landed on runway 9R. Next time I will advise approach control on initial contact that we are unable to do lahso operations and pass it on to the tower.
