Narrative:
Approaching osh airport, talking to tower from 10 mi out. A twin took off and on climb out, passed 1/2 mi from us. Not even close, too 'close.' but he must have felt it was and said something to tower about being close. No way in our opinion. Talked to tower and they agreed. Proceeded to osh, did a couple fly-bys at pioneer airport and landed at osh. Spoke the next day to osh tower chief and he agreed it was a non-event.
