Narrative:
Lavatory was placarded as OTS when we left mia for mmun. During ground time, lavatory was svced and 'blue fluid' added, raising level to just below top of bowl. During takeoff/climb fluid overflowed, came under lavatory door, and saturated entire carpet area, passenger area in front of xay seats. Passenger were moved. This occurred on return flight to mia. I covered floor of lavatory with blankets and locked door.
