Narrative:

On dec/fri/03, while operating a flight from sfb to tjsj a near miss situation with another aircraft occurred. After departing runway 9L (runway heading) out of sfb and while climbing out of 900 ft MSL to an assigned altitude of 3000 ft MSL, we encountered an aircraft on our flight path. An evasive maneuver was executed to avoid the aircraft (a turn to the left, northerly heading). The near miss was reported to sfb tower. Sfb tower reported that the only possible aircraft in our vicinity could have been a small aircraft that had been cleared for takeoff on runway 9C prior to our takeoff clearance.
