Narrative:

Normal base and final to runway 10 at ZZZZ. Tires touched down, wind 150 degrees at 8 KTS. Slight lift and held flare upon second touchdown, no gear was down. Gear was down on approach and initial touchdown, but not on second touchdown. Brought plane to level stop and exited. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the cause of the gear retraction is still under investigation by the NTSB. The reporter said just this week the airplane was jacked and the gear swung but no findings were released of any gear component failure. The reporter stated first investigation noted the gear handle was found in the 'extend' position, but the landing gear was retracted.
