Narrative:
The situation in question was done on dec/tue/03 at XA20. Write-up was on log page X, biki, aircraft X and read 'red gear handle lights remain on for 5 mins after gear retraction, then went out. 'Due to management pressure (maintenance control) I put in 'pulled bulbs and placed on MEL per MEL #32-60-1.' all parameters such as warning horn and gear position lights worked normal.

Title: A BAE146 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE LNDG GEAR RED HANDLE LIGHT BULBS REMOVED AND DEFERRED IN CONFLICT WITH THE MEL.
Narrative: THE SIT IN QUESTION WAS DONE ON DEC/TUE/03 AT XA20. WRITE-UP WAS ON LOG PAGE X, BIKI, ACFT X AND READ 'RED GEAR HANDLE LIGHTS REMAIN ON FOR 5 MINS AFTER GEAR RETRACTION, THEN WENT OUT.
