Narrative:

Aircraft #2 was left on radar vector from previous controller (unknown to me). That vector caused aircraft #2 to be in confliction with aircraft #1 on vector. Supplemental information from acn 602786: I was working the RA position at sector 19 during an operational error between air carrier X and air carrier Y. Contributing factors were traffic complexity and volume. Also N90's failure to adhere to our LOA.
