Narrative:
CL65 flight to pln. Pln WX was VMC, visual approach to runway 14. Pellston NOTAM 12/69 runway 32 mu 50/50/24 approach and touchdown were uneventful. Rollout braking was minimal, reverse thrust was required to stop aircraft. Exited runway 14 on taxiway a. Txwys were covered with snow and ice, braking action, nil. Taxied north on taxiway a then turned east on taxiway B. Upon entering the ramp from taxiway B, we turned left toward our gate. As we made our left turn the aircraft began to slide/yaw. Reverse thrust was applied and the aircraft came to a stop with the nosewheel against a snow bank. Reverser thrust was unable to move the aircraft. Aircraft was shut down and passenger deplaned. Postflt walkaround revealed that the ramp was covered with clear ice and loose snow. ASOS did not report taxiway at ramp conditions and NOTAMS gave runway mu values. Ramp conditions made postflt walkaround almost impossible. Field personnel had to sand the ramp area around the main cabin door in order to deplane the passenger.

Title: EXITING TXWY TO RAMP AT PLN, CL65 FLT CREW LOSE CTL OF ACFT DUE TO RAMP ICING CONDITIONS AND BECOME WEDGED IN A SNOW BERM.
Narrative: CL65 FLT TO PLN. PLN WX WAS VMC, VISUAL APCH TO RWY 14. PELLSTON NOTAM 12/69 RWY 32 MU 50/50/24 APCH AND TOUCHDOWN WERE UNEVENTFUL. ROLLOUT BRAKING WAS MINIMAL, REVERSE THRUST WAS REQUIRED TO STOP ACFT. EXITED RWY 14 ON TXWY A. TXWYS WERE COVERED WITH SNOW AND ICE, BRAKING ACTION, NIL. TAXIED N ON TXWY A THEN TURNED E ON TXWY B. UPON ENTERING THE RAMP FROM TXWY B, WE TURNED L TOWARD OUR GATE. AS WE MADE OUR L TURN THE ACFT BEGAN TO SLIDE/YAW. REVERSE THRUST WAS APPLIED AND THE ACFT CAME TO A STOP WITH THE NOSEWHEEL AGAINST A SNOW BANK. REVERSER THRUST WAS UNABLE TO MOVE THE ACFT. ACFT WAS SHUT DOWN AND PAX DEPLANED. POSTFLT WALKAROUND REVEALED THAT THE RAMP WAS COVERED WITH CLR ICE AND LOOSE SNOW. ASOS DID NOT RPT TXWY AT RAMP CONDITIONS AND NOTAMS GAVE RWY MU VALUES. RAMP CONDITIONS MADE POSTFLT WALKAROUND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. FIELD PERSONNEL HAD TO SAND THE RAMP AREA AROUND THE MAIN CABIN DOOR IN ORDER TO DEPLANE THE PAX.
