Narrative:
Fueling informed me that they pressure fueled the aircraft using an alternate method, not by over the wing method called out in the fueling manual. The captain wanted to know if the aircraft was airworthy. I checked the fueling panel -- there were no leaks, valves closed, so I signed the book off according to what the fueler told me.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WITH A DEFERRED PRESSURE FUELING SYS WAS FUELED IMPROPERLY AND IN CONFLICT WITH THE MEL. REQUIRED FUELING OVER THE WING.
Narrative: FUELING INFORMED ME THAT THEY PRESSURE FUELED THE ACFT USING AN ALTERNATE METHOD, NOT BY OVER THE WING METHOD CALLED OUT IN THE FUELING MANUAL. THE CAPT WANTED TO KNOW IF THE ACFT WAS AIRWORTHY. I CHKED THE FUELING PANEL -- THERE WERE NO LEAKS, VALVES CLOSED, SO I SIGNED THE BOOK OFF ACCORDING TO WHAT THE FUELER TOLD ME.
