Narrative:
Right engine failed in-flight at FL410 due to oil pump failure (oil pressure light illuminated). Advised center 'leaving FL410 with an engine failure.' did not declare an emergency. Made normal, single engine landing at ZZZ. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter advised that the aircraft was a learjet 35 and that an emergency was declared when the engine failed. Reporter stated that the first indication of the problem was loss of oil pressure and that the pump failure was discovered after the flight had landed. Reporter stated that he has never had an engine failure in the LJ35 before or since this incident.
