Narrative:
We came in and landed on runway 18R. The tower cleared us to cross runway 18L. Just as we started to cross the left, she cleared another company flight for takeoff on runway 18L. No real big deal. Nothing was mentioned on either side. I'm only writing this to be on the look-out for possible unsafe trends.
